Small bug fix that caused the emu to crash when tuning to a clear channel on DGStation devices.
- Bug fix for double-tuner support on DGStation devices. It works now.
- Added config option to make emu background execution optional.
- Fixed a bug that prevented the emu from reading .conf files with same name as binary.
- NOTE: CS has been tested (locally and remotely) on single and double-tuner
DGStation devices without incident.

- Added support for Telefonica (provider 7311, South America) in softcam
(no autoroll) and CS mode . You must *uncomment* the "Telefonica"
provider section and *comment* the "Digital+" provider secion in
rqcamd.conf, otherwise it won't work. Also, all proper keys in
Autoupdate.Key and Keylist.txt must be entered as i have not included
these (thanks to giver for help on this).
